Its founder, Dr. Xiao Han, was previously known for developing next-generation search infrastructure for Tencent's messaging app WeChat and worked in Tencent's Open Source Program Office, fostering its open-source and DevOps culture. In 2019, he served on the board of the Linux AI Foundation. He is also founder and chairman of the German-Chinese AI Association.
